1)SOCIAL MEDIA GURU (Fall Internship)

Description

We are a forward-thinking, fast paced company looking to hire an intern with strong knowledge and understanding of the digital media landscape, including various social media websites. We are currently redesigning our website, and will soon launch a social media campaign. The intern hired for this position will need strong critical thinking skills in order to integrate into our vibrant and passionate team who are very excited to share this exciting launch with an intern hoping to gain a ton of great online experience.

 

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to website redesign project in various ways
  • Monitor and post on blogs, forums, and social networks
  • Online outreach and promotion using Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn and Mailchimp
  • Website and social media optimization
  • Keyword analysis
  • Cost/benefit analysis

Requirements

Students applying for this internship should be Marketing/Business or Language majors, with 3 years of experience on the Web and a solid understanding of different markets.

Pay: This position is an unpaid internship that can be counted towards college credit or community service. There is opportunity to earn up to $25 an hour every weekend at events. All travel, food and lodging will be covered for any event attended.

2) Sales and Marketing Gurus

Description

We are looking for a qualified sales leader to join our growing sales team. Our marketing and sales team produces quality leads and campaigns for our customers. We need energetic and passionate people who want to learn both our sales and giving cycles.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain leads and accounts
  • Enter contact information into CRM platforms
  • Prepare sales presentation and pitch decks for new clients
  • Assist in the distribution of purchase orders 
  • Assist in the distribution of giving blankets and giving events
  • Attend networking events
  • Attend sales and marketing meetings once a week 

Requirements

In order to give back, we need to sell our products and get them out to market fast, so we can give back just as quickly. We need experienced sales personnel who want to take giving to another level and work with current partners and develop their own leads. This person should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with extensive knowledge of Web and social media. PowerPoint, Word and Excel experience is a MUST, and will be considered when choosing the best applicant for this position

Pay: This is a 1099 position in which this person will be self-employed and will have full guidance from executive sales and marketing team. Additionally this individual will have access to growing CRM with new leads and existing partnerships. A 6 month commitment is required and an agreed upon commission structure will be provided based on experience and track record.

3) Guru of Acquisition 

Description

We are looking for someone obsessed with online customer acquisition. We are a growing e-commerce business and absolutely need someone to help us grow our organic presence and paid presence through PPC, SEO and SEM. This individual will help manage our search presence through Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager.

Responsibilties

  • Manage and implement SEO and SEM marketing strategies
  • Analyze and perform keyword analysis
  • PPC, AdWords and Facebook  and Twitter ads management
  • Analyze and study KPIs
  • Collaborate with Marketing Gurus for creative implementation
  • Increase Google search ranking
  • Attend marketing meetings weekly

Requirements

Those applying should have at least 3 years experience in Google Search, Google Webmaster Tools, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Management and Twitter Sponsored Ads. 

Pay: This is a performance contract with a 6 months commitment. Agreed upon commission is based on experience and understanding of customer acquisition.
